Cost & Legal Structure

Through a Property Protection Agreement, the owner gives Safechoice Properties Ltd authorisation to have live-in custodians occupy the property by means of a Property License Agreement, which in effect is a temporary occupation agreement. The license agreement is clear and precise and details the rights and obligations of each custodian. The custodian has no right for further occupation in the building once the owner no longer requires our services.

Costs to the owner:

Very low weekly management from £20
Utility costs, which are reasonably capped by prior agreement with the owner
Your existing insurance and empty building rates
Where applicable, costs related to ensuring buildings meet minimum standard for temporary living purposes, e.g. installation of portable showers and locks
