Our custodians are responsible, mature and professional working adults, the average age is 25 to 35
In order to be considered as a Custodian, the following criteria must be met:
- Responsible person with integrity
- Over the age of 18
- No criminal record, which is checked by Safechoice
- Currently employed with at least one years contactable and verifiable references
- Verifiable current address by means of a Bank statement and utility bill
- Passport photo or a photo will be taken by Safechoice
Due to the temporary and unusual nature of the accommodation, no families with children will be considered for custodianship, furthermore no pets are allowed.
Custodians make the property their home and have a vested interest in protecting their surroundings during their occupation.
The sometimes unusual accommodation is exciting and adventurous for custodians as well as inexpensive. Our behavior scoring systems identifies good custodians and they will be rewarded through preferential placements in new properties when their contracts expire.
